Shipping

You can now choose stamp shipping on your order. Stamp shipping is unregistered mail, meaning that it will not come with a tracking number and will be sent via letter mail packaging.

Contrary Company also offers registered tracked shipping through Canada Post. In this method you can expect a tracking number for your order within 5 business days. Once you receive a tracking number, the parcel will be dropped off and you will receive shipping updates via email from Canada Post. Please ensure you leave an email and phone number for best tracked shipping.

Refund and Returns

You can cancel your order with no questions up to 14 days after purchase. You can return your order after 14 days and receive a full refund. All orders must be returned unworn at buyers shipping expense. No returns or refunds on masks. Thank you.
